Arvik uses artificial intelligence to draft, plan, and execute tasks. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing sensitive actions before they are confirmed. The Service requires explicit confirmation for actions such as sending external messages, scheduling, payments, and data deletion.

7. Intellectual property

Arvik and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision creates legal, security, or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
