Operational metadata. Device, IP, user agent, timestamps, and usage logs needed for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use information to (a) provide and improve the Service, (b) execute tasks you request through connected integrations, (c) maintain security and prevent abuse, and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your message content to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following bases: performance of a contract (delivering the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional analytics and model improvement), and legal obligation.
